Project Management External Utilities & WAD for TfNSW Assets
Project Background
Bluzone Constructions are constructing a state of the art boarding house. The development impacts various utilities, Council and Transport for NSW assets. TK has been engaged to aid the developer through the design, development and delivery for all the external utilities and assets.
Program Scope
TK Business Group was engaged by the developer to fulfil the requirements of all the external authority works. This included TfNSW Works Authorisation Deed and all the utilities to the development.
TK’s project scope includes:
- Technical review of designs
- Liaison with all utilities providers regarding relocation of their assets and connection of their assets to the new development. Including Sydney Water, Ausgrid, Jemena, NBN, TfNSW and local Council assets.
- Obtaining approvals on behalf of the developer
- Oversight of design and construction programs
- Design and implement shoring system to protect roadway and road assets within the zone of influence
Project Highlights
This project requires relocation and establishment of several utilities including a Sydney Water sewer and water main, a Jemena gas main, and other utilities including Ausgrid electrical and NBN telecommunications.
