Project Manager and Principal Estimates Engineer

Bechara has over 15 years of extensive experience in the civil construction industry. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and has spent his career delivering road, bridge, civil and building projects as both a principal and for contractors. He has technical knowledge and experience in bridge upgrade projects, slope stabilisation works, ridge and flexible pavements, utility installations and relocations, and retaining wall construction.

Bechara also has experience in cost estimating, contract negotiation, construction methodology, project scheduling, and procurement, having been involved in numerous successful significant tender bid teams. He has had extensive experience across the entire lifecycle of projects from development and design through to delivery.
