Asset Baseline Condition Reports

Project Background

Bus company U-Go Mobility commenced operations at four existing bus depot sites across South-West Sydney during 2023. Shortly after commencing operations they commissioned TK Business Group to undertake condition inspections of bus depot infrastructure and produce Asset Baseline Condition Reports.

Program Scope

The program scope included detailed site inspections of depot assets including:

• Hardstands
• Yard and internal lighting
• HVAC systems
• CCTV, site security, perimeter fencing
• Electrical switchboards and sub-boards
• Walls, floor coverings, ceilings, windows, doors
• Bus re-fuelling infrastructure
• Bus wash bays
• Fire safety systems
• Trade waste systems
• Vehicle hoists and more

Program Methodology

TK applied a systematic assessment methodology to each site, comprising thorough review of available documentation, on-site inspections, thermal imaging, capture and review of high-quality drone imagery, and condition rating scoring of each asset to establish the baseline condition.
